How long does a website take?
Most practice websites take 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly content comes together. If you’re in a hurry, say so — we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
What do you need from me?
Less than you’d think. A conversation about your practice, any existing content or photos, and approvals at each step. We handle the design, the words, and the technical work.
What does it cost?
A custom website is $2,200 one-time, a redesign is $990 one-time, and care plans are $110 per month. Copywriting for 5–10 pages can be added to any project for $1,925. That’s the whole price list — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Is my clients’ information safe on the site?
We build every site to be HIPAA-conscious: no trackers that leak visitor data, contact forms that respect privacy, and plain-language explanations of what your site collects. We’ll never claim a website alone makes you HIPAA-compliant — but we won’t be the weak link.
Do you write the words too?
Yes. Copywriting is part of every custom website, and it’s available as an add-on for redesigns. The words will sound like you on your best day — written for the people you serve.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes thirty days of fixes after launch. After that, care plans ($110/month) cover hosting, updates, backups, and small changes — so the site never becomes a chore.
Can you redesign my current site?
Absolutely — that’s the $990 package. You keep your address and your content; we rebuild the design into something that earns trust.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. We work with practices anywhere in the U.S. — we have dedicated pages for Arizona, Texas, and Maryland, and we’re happy to talk wherever you are.
